How to Follow Up On a Delivery
Upon completion of your application either online or in store and paying your deposit, your application is submitted for approval which may take up to 2-3 working days.
Once your application is approved and the purchase invoices, your goods will be delivered within 7-10 working days as advised by the Sales Consultant that assisted you.
You will be notified via sms when your delivery has been sent out.
Should you wish to follow up on a delivery, you can call the deliveries desk located at our Head Office on 012 3273530 or simply SMS the word “DELIVERY” to 43756 and await a call from the dedicated deliveries desk.
